Richard joins several chef colleagues on the select 'Culinary Council' at British Airways.
Richard and the team, including Michel Roux (Waterside Inn), Liam Tomlin (The Banc, Sydney) view and update the menus available on premier, long haul flights.

Richard has been involved in the St Patrick's Day Festival for the previous two years. 2002 saw Richard cooking the 'Mayor of London's Dinner' and this year he was a supervisor at the 'Irish Community in London' dinner.
