RICHARD CORRIGAN at BENTLEY'S, SWALLOW STREET

Richard Corrigan, head chef and proprietor of Michelin-starred Lindsay House in Soho, has purchased the lease of the long established Bentley's Restaurant, 11-15 Swallow Street, London W1, which had a complete refurbishment during August and September, open in October 2005. Richard Corrigan, is at the helm of the new venture and commenting on the acquisition said "We are delighted to have purchased a site that has so many good memories for so many customers over the years. I am particularly pleased, as I worked in Bentley's many years ago. Our ambition is to relaunch Bentley's Oyster Bar and Grill and restore it to its former glory, as one of the smartest and most sought after restaurants in the West End"
